If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@abdoors.com.au to organise a replacement. We are unable to issue a refund but will arrange a swift replacement for you.
Please note that return postage will be at your own cost. All our products are bubble wrapped for transit.
All parcels will be delivered via a Sendle courier (with Authority to leave, unless advised). Sendle Shipping is normally 3-6 business days (for most Melbourne metro areas)
Order Delivery times are a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider to deliver. Interstate Rural areas within Australia may add additional delivery days.
Please note on international orders shipped: the recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes, and other import costs that may be charged by their local customs. All International orders will be delivered by Sendle, and delivery fees are as below with your tracking number issued.
